ABOUT THE JOB
Blueberry Hill Café is currently looking for experienced Serving Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven relevant experience with assisting customers in a positive and friendly manner, upholding our high-standards for customer service ensuring a comfortable ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude. As with any bustling busy Café, we encourage everyone that applies to ensure they work well under pressure, having to maintain a efficient and composed demeanor.
Duties Include;
- Promptly serving patrons with food and beverages.
- Providing information to help customers with any menu related queries.
- Protecting the café and its customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcoholic beverage policies.
- Clearing and setting tables before open, after close and when customers leave.
- Assisting customers at the till and processing orders to the kitchen.
- Assisting customers at the pass, seating and serving customers.
This role is entry level, but would prefer relevant experience.
Additional details: The role is Full-Time, working from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday during a standard week with occassional weekend availability. Pay scales to experience.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, as we are constantly looking to improve and create high quality, delicious food.
ESSENTIAL;
- Monday to Friday Full-Time availability is a MUST.
- A positive, friendly attitude eager to communicate and assist customers.
DESIRED;
- Attention to detail is needed to ensure the customer's order is satisfactory.
- Experience working with a till or/and as a barista.
- Highly organised and motivated.
- Strong ability to work in a busy, fast paced enviroment.
